Reborn Heroes is here to help our Veterans and War Fighters. Our goal is to provide you with access to VRT Treatment for PTSD at no cost with participating clinics. Please fill out the following information and Reborn Heroes will send our treatment grant request packet to you. From there, you will fill out a grant application and mail it back to Reborn Heroes. The application will be reviewed and a determination will be made to provide 100% of the total treatment costs. We will help you every step of the way.
